Because many of our products involve digital access, custom setup, and immediate value delivery, all sales are considered final unless otherwise specified.
1. Digital Tools & AI Subscriptions
Due to the nature of downloadable assets and AI-powered software access, we do not offer refunds on monthly or annual Momentum TrueAI subscription plans once access has been granted. Customers are free to cancel subscriptions at any time to avoid future charges.
2. Done-For-You (DFY) Services
DFY services involve immediate preparation, resource allocation, and strategy planning. As such, DFY service fees (e.g., video editing, funnel builds, CRM setup) are non-refundable once work has begun. If you believe a service was not delivered as promised, please contact us and we’ll work to resolve your concern.
3. White-Label Tools & Licensing
White-label purchases include access to rebrandable software and proprietary integration setup. Because of the backend customization required, we do not offer refunds for white-label services once provisioned.
4. One-Time Purchases
E-books, trainings, templates, lead magnet kits, and content packs are non-refundable due to their digital delivery nature. We recommend reviewing the product descriptions before purchase.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
We value your satisfaction and will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in situations involving duplicate charges, platform access errors, or billing system malfunctions.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first violates our Terms of Use and may result in account suspension. Please reach out to support@momentumenterpriseai.com to discuss any billing issues.
